Killer drink driver Ethan Couch and his mother Tonya planned to disappear and even had going away party before they went on the run, police have said. The 18 year old, dubbed the ‘affluenza’ teen, and his mom were captured in Mexico two weeks after they fled. They were wanted in Tarrant County, Texas, after disappearing and allegedly violating the 10-year probation he was given when he killed four people. The sheriff’s department revealed that before the vanished, a soiree was held for Ethan and his mother. It is not clear who attended the party, but police believe it happened right before they left. Couch is expected to be turned over to the US Marshals Service and his mother Tonya was also detained. On his return to Texas he will be detained in a juvenile prison.
